| CPR Guidelines
OSHA code 29 CFR 1910.151 (6) highly recommends that CPR training be a general program element of any first aid program. This easy-to-use CPR Guidelines poster highlights the eight key points in CPR and educates your employees on how and when to call for help.
Our CPR posters are updated with the new 2010 AHA guidelines:
- Rescue steps have been re-sequenced to Compressions > Airway > Breathing
(2005 sequence: Airway > Breathing > Compressions).
- Compression rate has been increased
(2010: at least 100/min; 2005: approx. 100/min).
- Recommended compression depths for Adults and Children have been increased.
